REVERSE PEC DECK FLY

If I had to pick one exercise that is my favorite for hitting the rear deltoids it would be the reverse pec deck fly. This exercise is an incredibly intense exercise. The rear delts are a hard muscle to train adequately and this machine really isolates and hits the muscle hard. This exercise is the reverse of a dumbbell fly that targets the chest. To perform the exercise you sit on a bench with your chest on a pad. There are two handles that you grip and pull outwards in a reverse arc motion. When you pull out with these handles, you will definitely feel a burn in your rear delts. Try to do between 4 to 5 sets of 10-15 reps. Its a real burner so watch out!
