SOY PROTEIN AND FAT LOSS

Hopefully, you've added some soy protein to your diet to receive some of soy's healthy benefits. If you're still not convinced of the benefits of soy protein, read further. A 2000 study by researchers at Iowa State University shows that soy protein helps control weight. Compared to animal protein, soy protein releases more of the fat-burning hormone glucagon. So if you're trying to add lean muscle and control your body fat, add soy protein to your diet.
