WHAT DOES THE TERM 'YOUNG CIGAR' MEAN?
Young cigars are the result of utilizing improperly fermented and/or improperly aged tobacco. The result is usually an inferior and erratic burn of the cigar along with a hot, sharp and sometimes sour flavor. If the foot of your cigar smells of ammonia, then chances are the cigar is 'young.'
