GET IN TOUCH WITH YOUR HEALTH INSTINCTS
The purpose of Maharishi Ayur-Veda is to put us back in touch with what we instinctively know is right for us. Adults often lose touch with their own best instincts, yet children and animals seem to be in touch with their needs in a way that we adults, generally, are not.
Children sleep when they're tired, eat when they're hungry, and naturally exercise. As do animals. And when very young, they tend to get up early in the morning. Yet we adults like to sleep in, we avoid exercise, and we eat as much as we can, whenever we can. And think about what so many of us eat!
